Repair service is available for products purchased at official online/offline stores in Korea.

We do not charge service fee for products with quality defects within 6 months from the date of purchase. (However, the service fee will be charged for products which purchase date over 6 months or are damaged due to customer negligence)

Please contact us for repair service inquiries, our customer service team will assist you with details further. (However, the service availability may vary on product condition or usage period.

The 'Size Guide' at the bottom of the homepage contains information that you can refer to when purchasing item(s).

CHARLES & KEITH offers free SuperPads to every customer who makes a purchase of shoes (excluding open toe footwear, sandals, and mules).

 

1. If your shoes feel slightly loose or you experience heel slippage, SuperPads can help improve the fit. Insert the SuperPads into your shoes to prevent your feet from sliding forward or rubbing against the shoes.
2. SuperPads can also provide additional comfort, support, or cushioning.  Experiment with placing them under the heel, ball of the foot, or other areas to alleviate pressure points.

We utilise a wide range of materials in the making of our bags, shoes and accessories, including genuine leather, faux leather, natural fabrics, synthetic fabrics, metallic components, and even sustainability-conscious materials such as recycled PET, cotton and nylon. All the materials used in our production are carefully crafted and sourced for their unique qualities.

 

Our L'INITIAL line features a range of distinctive shoes and bags made with quality materials and finished with beautiful workmanship. While most designs in the L'INITIAL range are made with genuine leather, some items are constructed with natural and/or synthetic fabrics such as denim and nylon.

Our products are made of genuine leather; synthetic fabrics and materials; and metallic accessories which can react to humidity, salt and atmospheric agents. This may cause irreversible wear and tear, so we recommend you keep your item(s) dry.

 

Overexposure to light and heat; direct contact with rain; oil and grease (makeup); alcohol (perfume, solvents); and other abrasive products or excessive friction, should be avoided as colour fading may occur. Care should be taken when wearing lightly-coloured garments and/or when storing products with different colours together as the colours may transfer onto each other.

 

To keep your shoes, bags and accessories clean, wipe them with a soft dry cloth. When they are not in use, store them in a protective bag in a clean, cool and dry place.

 

All our materials are carefully crafted and sourced for their unique qualities. Any incidental marks, tonal changes and/or textural variances are part of the material’s natural characteristic and should not be considered as quality issue.

The product prices in the retail store in Korea and the online store are the same. All items on display are inclusive of tax, and shipping costs will be charged separately for online store purchases.

Shipping cost is calculated and displayed when ordering, and it is free with purchases of ₩70,000 or more.
