Repair services are available for products purchased from official CHARLES & KEITH online and offline stores in Korea.
Please note that repair availability may be limited depending on the condition of the product, level of damage or deformation, and period of use. -
Repair Cost Policy
Repair services are provided free of charge for manufacturing or material defects identified within 6 months from the date of purchase.
However, repair services will be subject to a fee in the following cases:- The product is submitted after 6 months from the date of purchase
- Damage determined to have occurred during wear or use even within 6 months of purchase

We utilise a wide range of materials in the making of our bags, shoes and accessories, including genuine leather, faux leather, natural fabrics, synthetic fabrics, metallic components, and even sustainability-conscious materials such as recycled PET, cotton and nylon. All the materials used in our production are carefully crafted and sourced for their unique qualities.
Our L'INITIAL line features a range of distinctive shoes and bags made with quality materials and finished with beautiful workmanship. While most designs in the L'INITIAL range are made with genuine leather, some items are constructed with natural and/or synthetic fabrics such as denim and nylon.

Our products are made of genuine leather; synthetic fabrics and materials; and metallic accessories which can react to humidity, salt and atmospheric agents. This may cause irreversible wear and tear, so we recommend you keep your item(s) dry.
Overexposure to light and heat; direct contact with rain; oil and grease (makeup); alcohol (perfume, solvents); and other abrasive products or excessive friction, should be avoided as colour fading may occur. Care should be taken when wearing lightly-coloured garments and/or when storing products with different colours together as the colours may transfer onto each other.
To keep your shoes, bags and accessories clean, wipe them with a soft dry cloth. When they are not in use, store them in a protective bag in a clean, cool and dry place.
All our materials are carefully crafted and sourced for their unique qualities. Any incidental marks, tonal changes and/or textural variances are part of the material’s natural characteristic and should not be considered as quality issue.
The product prices in the retail store in Korea and the online store are the same. All items on display are inclusive of tax, and shipping costs will be charged separately for online store purchases.
Shipping cost is calculated and displayed when ordering, and it is free with purchases of ₩70,000 or more.
