What forms of payment can I use?

You can pay by Credit card, Debit card, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, Payco, Toss Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay.

Please note that credit cards and debit cards issued overseas cannot be used for online payment.

Will CHARLESKEITH.COM store my payment information?

CHARLESKEITH.COM does not store any customer's credit/debit card information. When you pay by credit/debit card, all card information is transferred to our payment provider in a secure manner and is managed securely.

My payment has been declined, what should I do?

Please try again and make sure you’re including the correct information for card number, expiry date, etc. If the problem persists, contact your issuing bank or try an alternative payment method.

What should I do if the payment has been made but the order is not found in my purchase history?

In the electronic processing process, it may take about 30 minutes from payment to order creation.
