Where do I purchase a physical gift card?
Our physical gift cards are available for purchase and use at all stores in Singapore, except Changi Airport.
Can I choose the value of my physical gift card?
Physical gift cards are in fixed denominations of S$20, S$50, S$100, S$150, and S$200.
Can I change the value of my physical gift card after making the purchase?
Unfortunately, the value of the gift card cannot be changed after purchase.
Can I purchase multiple physical gift cards?
Yes, you may purchase multiple physical gift cards in a single order, and the maximum value of each gift card is S$200.

Can I purchase a physical gift card alongside other items in the same order?
Yes, the purchase of gift cards can be combined in a single receipt with other CHARLES & KEITH items.
Can I enjoy membership privileges for the purchase of physical a gift card?
No, membership privileges cannot be used for the purchase of a physical gift card.
Does the purchase of a physical gift card contribute to the qualification of membership?
No, the purchase of a physical gift card does not contribute to your membership spending.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payment via credit card, debit card and PayPal in stores.
Can I return a physical gift card?
No, gift cards are strictly non-returnable. They cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Redemption of Gift Card
Where can the physical gift card be used or redeemed?
The physical gift card can only be used in non-airport terminal SG stores and in currency it was bought in.
When does a physical gift card expire?
The physical gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Extension of the validity period is strictly not allowed.
Do I have to redeem the full value of the physical gift card at once?
No, you may make a partial redemption. The remaining amount will be stored in the physical gift card and you can check your balance at all stores in Singapore, except Changi Airport.

Yes, you may use multiple gift cards for one purchase.
Do my purchases contribute towards my membership if I purchase them using my physical gift cards?
Yes, your purchases contribute towards your membership spending even when you use your gift cards.
