How does CHARLES & KEITH RE-Purpose work?

Start by ordering a free Clean Out Kit. Then, pack your pre-loved clothing and fashion accessories from any brand, as long as they are in good condition.

Using the free shipping label provided by thredUP, drop your kit off with FedEx or USPS. For any item that sells, you will receive payouts in the form of CHARLES & KEITH store credits.

What are the passing quality standards for items that are sent in?

The items packed in the Clean Out Kit should be of good quality with the sizing information intact.

These items should not have been altered or modified; have signs of damage such as missing parts, stains, odours or rips; or feature wear and tear, such as pilling, fading and shrinkage.

How would the credit be calculated?

All items are carefully reviewed by thredUP’s authentication and quality experts to determine resale value. Only high-quality items that meet thredUP's strict standards will be listed. How do I receive my CHARLES & KEITH credit?

Once you’ve mailed your kit, it can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered to thredUP. Once your kit is received, it will take up to 4 weeks to process your kit.

You will receive a notification from thredUP when your payout is ready. Within 7-14 days, you will receive an email from CHARLES & KEITH explaining how to access the credit qhich can be used to purchase any items online.
