What are you looking forward to the most in the new year?

Given the events of this year, this is a hard question to answer but I have a lot of hope for the new year. I hope to be able to see my friends and family more, and I hope for a brighter year than the previous.

What are your go-to shoes?

A pair of chunky Oxford shoes, always.

What are some of your holiday traditions?

A trip to the beach on Christmas eve and lots of dinner parties.

What is your favourite thing about the holidays?

The cosy feeling. I love to spend the evening indoors with all of my candles lit, a good book and a glass of wine. Oh, and Christmas films of course!

What is the most memorable gift you have ever received?

I can’t pinpoint a specific gift but over the years, I have received some beautiful art books.

What is the first thing that comes to your mind during the holiday season?

I wonder if it will snow this winter.

What are you looking forward to the most in the new year?

For a post-Covid world – fingers crossed for a vaccine real soon! I am looking forward to travelling freely again, seeing my loved ones around the world and going to parties.

What are your go-to shoes?

It’s winter now so boots are my go-to shoes. They make any outfit look so chic and effortless.

What are some of your holiday traditions?

I love drinking warm mulled wine! Wherever I am. It feels like a warm hug and puts me in the festive mood.

What is your favourite thing about the holidays?

I love the holiday spirit in general. I love being surrounded by the people I love and being able to celebrate life together.

What is the most memorable gift you have ever received?

It isn’t really a gift but when I travelled to Sweden – where my boyfriend is from – to spend Christmas with his family for the first time, I was so happy. It was my first real Christmas. Growing up, my family was never big on Christmas so this was such a treat for me.

What is the first thing that comes to your mind during the holiday season?

It is the season of giving for sure. I love giving during this time of the year, be it through gifts or acts of love.

What are you looking forward to the most in the new year?

I am most excited about the prospect of finally being able to come together and a resolution to this pandemic.

What are your go-to shoes?

I have always preferred sneakers. I love dad shoes so the chunky sneakers look is great for me.

What are some of your holiday traditions?

My partner and I usually travel during the holidays. We will likely continue the tradition this year with a long road trip!

What is your favourite thing about the holidays?

I love the festive cheer, especially in New York City. It feels like everyone is just happier and more excited during this time of the year!

What is the most memorable gift you have ever received?

To me, the holiday season is all about spending time with my family. So one of my favourite gifts was when my family dropped me a surprise visit in New York City, after pretending they could not make it.

What is the first thing that comes to your mind during the holiday season?

I really enjoy bringing joy to my loved ones. Whether that comes from spending time together or lavishing them with gifts, it is my favourite time to come together and appreciate what we have!
