During these uncertain times, the health and safety of our customers and employees are of utmost importance to us.
 
The situation is fluid and evolving, we would like to reassure you that CHARLESKEITH.COM is operating as usual. We are still dispatching orders from our warehouse and working hard to make deliveries as safe as possible. However, delivery service has been suspended within South Africa, with effect from 26 March 2020. All parcels that are currently in transit and affected by this suspension will be held by the courier. We promise to provide timely updates on this situation. For the safety of our Customer Care team, we have implemented work-from-home arrangements to ensure we adhere to the recommended safe distancing measures. Due to the recent implementation, our hotline services have to be temporarily suspended. However, we remain readily available via email and our website's Live Chat function should you require assistance.
