What We Are Doing To Keep Our Community Safe And Healthy


Dear CHARLES & KEITH community,
 
During these uncertain times, the health and safety of our customers and employees are of utmost importance to us.
 
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adjusted our in-store operation guidelines. On 19 June, we will be reopening our stores at 313@Somerset, Wisma Atria, ION Orchard, Jewel Changi Airport, NEX Mall, Vivocity, IMM, JEM, Bugis Junction and Marina Bay Sands.
 
On 22 June, we will be reopening our stores at Takashimaya S.C., Plaza Singapura, Raffles City, Suntec City, Causeway Point, Tampines Mall, Bedok Mall, Waterway Point, City Square Mall and Citylink Mall.
 
On 23 June, we will be reopening our stores at Changi Airport Terminal 1 and Changi Airport Terminal 3.
 
On 24 June, we will be reopening our store at Marina Square.
 
On 1 July, we will be reopening our stores at Clarke Quay Central and Anchorpoint.
 
To provide you with a safe and pleasant shopping experience, we will continue to impose safe measures in the stores by:
 
  1. ensuring all customers get their temperatures checked and sanitise their hands before entering the store
  2. limiting the number of people within the store to ensure everyone maintains at least a one metre distance from each other
  3. allocating floor markings at the cashier counter to ensure safe distancing
  4. placing posters on the seating areas to remind customers to maintain safe distancing
  5. maintaining only one entrance/exit for customers at all times
  6. sanitising the stores daily
  7. ensuring our staff wear masks at all times
  8. cleaning and sanitising our products after they’ve been worn
  9. offering disposable socks to customers before they try on our shoes
We will also be using the SafeEntry check-in/check-out protocol to help the Government with its contact tracing efforts. Customers are required to scan the QR code on our posters upon entering and exiting the store.
 
In view of the current circumstances, our return and exchange policy has been extended from 30 to 60 days. This new extended timeline is effective for both online orders and retail purchases made between 1 March and 18 June 2020. For online orders and retail purchases made from 19 June 2020, the return and exchange policy remains at 30 days. Online orders are eligible for in-store returns and exchanges from 1st July onwards, while retail purchases are only eligible for in-store exchanges with immediate effect. The situation is fluid and evolving, so we will continue to communicate any operational changes. In the meantime, all of our designs remain available at CHARLESKEITH.COM.
