To give you more flexibility when you shop with us online, you can now return your purchased items within 60 days – instead of 30 days – of receiving your order. The updated return policy will take effect on 24 March 2020, and be applicable for all orders placed online until further notice.
 
For the safety of our Customer Care team, we have implemented work-from-home arrangements to ensure we adhere to the recommended safe distancing measures. Due to the recent implementation, our hotline services have to be temporarily suspended.
