JAPAN, March 2013 - CHARLES & KEITH is once again continuing its international presence with the opening of doors at Harajuku on April 6, 2013 featuring the brand's latest retail concept occupying a sales area of approximately 2,843 square feet. This opening marks the 328th CHARLES & KEITH store globally, which is also a new landmark in its growth. The district of Harajuku, located strategically in the Japanese capital, is one of the most outstanding shopping areas in the world.

Besides Harajuku, CHARLES & KEITH will be extending its presence in other signification shopping areas in cities namely Tokyo, Yokohama and Osaka. "The Japanese market is an excellent commercial location as well as a valuable scenario for the observation of new fashion trends; we view our entry into this market to be one of the significant milestones," says Charles Wong, Chief Executive Officer of CHARLES & KEITH Group Pte Ltd. CHARLES & KEITH entered Japanese market in a joint venture with Japan's Onward Holdings Co., Ltd to establish CHARLES & KEITH Japan Co., Ltd.
