My request for return/exchange was denied after I sent the item to CHARLES & KEITH Headquarters, how can I get my item back?
Should ineligible item(s) be returned, we reserve the right to reject your return and the shipping charges to send the item(s) back to you will be borne by you. You have the option of creating your own personal FedEx account so we can ship the item back to you at your expense.
