To demostrate its continuous support for art in fashion, CHARLES & KEITH has teamed up with up-and-coming South Korean artist Jung Jae Hoon to product a series of limited edition hand-pointed bags.

Inspired by the theme behind the brand's Spring/Summer 2018 campaign and tinfused with Jung's signature Cubist style, these bold, colourful and wonderful designs add a pleasing visual punch to this season's circular buckle backpack, top handle bucket bag and soft handle tote bag.

What is your interpretation of the CHARLES & KEITH Spring/Summer campaign? And, how have you translated it into your designs?

I thought nature was a big part of this campaign, and wanted to express the beauty and gentleness of flowers and leaves through my designs.

You will be doing live illustrations on CHARLES & KEITH bags at one of our stores. We imagine that it must be pretty nerve-racking to create on the spot – how do you prepare yourself and your work for such events?

I think impromptu artwork is necessary for any artist. It is important for an artist to be able to draw on the spot as they would at home or in a studio. I specifically prepared for this event by exploring bright colours and the elements of nature in my illustrations.
