Where did you grow up in?

I grew up in a quiet part of Copenhagen by the sea.

How was it like?

For the most, it was good – I was surrounded by many close friends, which has brought a lot of great memories.

Best memory as a teen.

I was very popular as a teen, and one of my best memories is probably when I threw my first party, which went horrible wrong. Something to look back and laugh about today.

What is the hardest part about growing up?

During my first years as a teen, I was really skinny, tall and had big frizzy hair – this was the time where the straightening iron wasn’t available yet. But luckily after only a year or so, I started gaining weight and getting curves. It also helped that I started using a bit of make-up.

Best piece of advice you would give a teen.

Take studying seriously and remember to be social.

Best piece of advice you received.

Have confidence in what you do.

What were you like in school?

I was always surrounded by a lot of friends – we were eight girls in a group always hanging out after school doing almost everything together.

Bravest thing you have done growing up.

In retrospect, wearing hot pants to school! Haha!

Do you have any more growing up to do?

I actually feel quite grown up at my age of 32, but I believe that you can constantly evolve and learn.

What will you tell your 14-year-old self?

Don’t worry so much – you are on the right path!
