Q. How do I become a Charles & Keith Silver or Gold Member?
 
A1: Silver: Simply make your first purchase to be a Silver Member.

A2: Gold: Qualify to be a Gold Member with an accumulated purchase of $500 (online and/or retail) and above within a year from your first purchase, or by making a one-time purchase (online or retail) of S$250 and above.

  • For online purchases, please ensure that you register for an account prior to making your purchase.
  • For retail purchases, you will be required to register for your membership at the retail store. Also, an emailer will be sent to the registered email address for online account activation.
 
 
Q: How do I enjoy my privileges?
 
A1: Retail Stores: Provide your Membership ID (country code + mobile number) at the point of purchase
