All items purchased online and delivered within Singapore can be returned free of charge* by submitting a Return Request via the online store or via POPSTATION, within 30 days from the receipt date. No, we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. This includes changing the size/colour of item(s), removing or adding item(s), changing the billing or shipping addresses, and payment mode or delivery mode.
