Tell us about your journey into fashion.

I actually went to school for architecture. I was a big design and math nerd, but throughout school I came to realise that I was after something faster paced, and that’s when I discovered fashion and fell into blogging. The same day I handed my final project in, I moved straight to New York City and have been a full-time fashion blogger ever since.

Being part of the creative industry, can you tell us about your creative process?

I find it’s always important to stay inspired, and not get too stressed out by how much work you actually have to do, because that tends to kill the creative mood. I will share my creative process by running through what I do on a day to day basis:

So I wake up, make my bed, have my morning coffee on the balcony while reading a book. And then I can start working. I’ll check emails, edit photos and go on social media. I take a break in the morning to go to the gym or go for a run, then back to work. Before bed, I’ll spend 30 minutes on Pinterest finding images that inspire me for the next day.

You seem to travel a lot. Is there a particular city that inspires you the most?

A few weeks ago I went to Mexico City for the first time. I fell madly in love with everything about it!

What are some your favourite art forms that you are most well versed in?

Photography was a hobby I started when I was 12, and then I picked up graphic design a few years later in high school.
