Shipping & Tracking


CharlesKeith.com accepts orders and delivers island wide in Singapore. This includes delivery to hotels, where customers would have to provide their hotel room number and local contact details. In the event that the courier company is only able to deliver up to the hotel’s reception counter, the goods would be deemed delivered. However, please note that we are unable to deliver to any PO Box, military, protected area/location. We are also unable to deliver to the following locations in Singapore: Changi Air Freight Center, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar / Pasir Panjang / Sembawang and MINDEF COMCEN. Delivery charges for failure of attempted delivery to the restricted areas will be borne by the sender.

CharlesKeith.com only offers Standard Delivery for local orders. Standard delivery to ONE delivery address in Singapore is at a flat rate of S$9.90, regardless of quantity of items. To find out more on the delivery and processing rates, please refer to the delivery charges table below.
 
Please note that CharlesKeith.com only delivers to one delivery address per order. Any redirection of address will be subjected to an additional re-routing delivery fee of SGD9.90. Delivery to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

CharlesKeith.com strives to deliver your order within the delivery timing listed as per your preferred mode of shipment. Please note that the expected delivery time is at our best approximation and will vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization and stock availability.
 
Orders placed and confirmed by 0900 (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed and confirmed after 0900 (GMT+8) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries are made Monday through Sunday, except for Public Holidays.
 
Business days refer to Mondays to Fridays. It does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

For every order at CharlesKeith.com, all payments are held until the day of shipment. When processing payment, our payment gateway provider will run your payment details through a series of fraud rules to ensure the validity of the payment. There are many rules put in place to guard against fraud and there may be a possibility that a sincere buyer's details may trigger the fraud alarm. When this happens, your order will be put on hold until we get in touch with you to ascertain the authenticity of your payment details.
 
Stock Availability
CharlesKeith.com strives to deliver your order within the delivery timing. However please note that in the event of stock unavailability in our warehouse, we may need to source for other available stocks from other stock locations. CharlesKeith.com seeks your kind understanding in the delay of the shipment pertaining to stock availability. 
 
For purchases that exceeds a certain limit in quantity or value, please note that it will be subjected to online security check and we will contact you for more information. Due to the process of inspection and packing of items, we appreciate your kind understanding in the delay of the shipment.

Online Security Check is CharlesKeith.com’s preventive measure against credit card fraud transactions. It aims to protect our customers from unauthorized and fraudulent dealings. We might request for additional information and documents for payment verification due to high risks of credit card fraud. In such situations, your order(s) might be delayed. Tax, Duty and Tariffs (Singapore only)
For local delivery, a standard 7% GST is inclusive in the prices stated for all products as well as delivery charges. 
 
CharlesKeith.com provides tax refund for tourists. If you require and is eligible for tax refund, kindly notify us via email once your order is submitted or before placing your order. Please note that if you request for the tax refund form, we would require you to collect the form at a pre-arranged timing at:

Your order status will be available on your online account after your order has been placed, you can view it by clicking on the My Account tab. To track your order, please refer below.

If your Tracking Number (eg. 123456789000 – SHS*) ends with:

Unauthorised - Payment did not pass through.
Pending - You have successfully placed your order online.
On hold - Your order is currently pending for more information before we are able to process with your order.
Processing - We have received your order and we are in the mist of processing it.
Shipped - Your order has been sent to the delivery agent. There will be a notification email with tracking number sent to you.
Cancelled - Your order had been cancelled
 

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears at the online tracking system from the designated courier company.
