HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR ONLINE MEMBER PRIVILEGES?

If you have a privilege card issued by Charles & Keith retail stores in Singapore

STEP 1 Create an online account at CharlesKeith.com.

STEP 2 Provide your name, NRIC/FIN/Passport number, contact number, registered email address together with a copy of the front and back image of your privilege card issued at Charles & Keith retail stores and email to customers@charleskeith.com or fax to us at +65 6488 1649 with the title Online Privilege Activation.

STEP 3 Your application will be processed and you can start to enjoy your member privileges online in the next 3 to 5 business days. A confirmation notification will be sent to your registered email address to inform you about your privilege card membership status before you can start to enjoy member privileges online.

If you have a privilege card issued by Charles & Keith online store at CharlesKeith.com

Once you become a Charles & Keith privilege card member, you will automatically enjoy the privileges when you shop online with your online account at CharlesKeith.com. A confirmation notification will be sent to your registered email address to inform you about your privilege card membership status before you can start to enjoy member privileges online.

At the same time, you can also enjoy the privilege card member privileges at any Charles & Keith retail store in Singapore once you have received the physical privilege card with your delivery. Please present the privilege card prior to making payment in the retail store.

How can I become a Charles & Keith privilege card member?

To join us as a member, all you need to do is to purchase SGD 250 or above worth of Charles & Keith items in a single receipt.

I have been a Charles & Keith privilege card member for a few years, can I also enjoy the new privilege card member privileges online?

Yes, you can. However you will need to have an online account at CharlesKeith.com first. After which, you will need to email or fax us your particulars with a copy of the front and back image of your privilege card to enjoy the member privileges online. Please refer to the steps stated above.

Can I enjoy the member privileges online immediately after I become a privilege card member in the retail store?

We regret to inform that you will not be able to enjoy the privileges online immediately after you receive the card from the retail store. You will need to create an online account at CharlesKeith.com. Please refer to the steps stated above.

Do I need to activate my online member privileges by following the 3 steps again if my membership status to shop online is valid?

No,  you are not required to do so. Your member privileges discount will be reflected automatically when you checkout for payment of regular priced items online.

Do I get to enjoy the same retail store member privileges at CharlesKeith.com?

You will enjoy a 10% discount off regular priced items.

Do I need to enter any privilege card details online during checkout to enjoy the privileges?

No, you do not need to enter any details. Your member privileges discount will be reflected automatically when you checkout for payment of regular priced items online.

Can I get the 10% discount off regular priced item privilege immediately on the purchase which qualifies me to be a privilege card member?

No, we regret to inform that the 10% discount privilege is only applicable for next purchase.

Can I enjoy the member privileges in retail stores immediately after I become a privilege card member online?

No, we regret to inform that you will need to present the physical privilege card at Charles & Keith retail stores to enjoy the privileges. You will be receiving the privilege card together with your items purchased online.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Privilege Card Membership

At any time, each member will only be entitled to one privilege card and any other cards found under the same member will be removed from the database. Privilege rights are non-transferable and not applicable for the purchase of gift vouchers, special project, sale and promotional items, unless otherwise stated.

Loss of Charles & Keith Privilege Card

Charles & Keith privilege card is non-transferable and is a property of Charles & Keith. Lost card will be replaced and a replacement fee of S$10 will be levied accordingly. Lost card replacement can only be processed at Charles & Keith retail stores.

Data Protection

Personal information made available to Charles & Keith is done so voluntarily, with member’s knowledge and consent when making a request, submission or registration for services at Charles & Keith. Registration form contains mandatory fields. Incomplete information given may result in delayed processing of the application or the termination of the privilege card application. Charles & Keith will, to its best knowledge, ensure that members‘ information is kept secure at all times and may provide such information to its agent, contractor or third party service provider in connection with the operation of its business or any person under a duty of confidentiality to Charles & Keith. The personal information made available by members will be used to provide the requested services and may be used both for marketing research purposes relating to Charles & Keith’s business and to provide information relating to its products and events.

Without prejudice to any of Charles & Keith’s rights, Charles & Keith may at any time, at its absolute discretion, and without prior reason or notice, change or terminate this member privilege card program or withdraw, cancel or invalidate any privilege card issued, and reserves the rights to amend the terms & conditions.
