For Standard Delivery, duties and taxes (including Goods and Services Tax, "GST", and Value-added Tax, "VAT") will be the responsibility of the recipient outside of Singapore. All items entering a foreign country (outside of Singapore) are subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that particular country's national laws. Any handling charge, duty and/or tax charged or collected by external parties will not be refunded in any way by CharlesKeith.com. Please check with your local authorities on your tax rights.
For *Express Delivery, duties and taxes (including Goods and Services Tax, "GST", and Value-added Tax, "VAT") will be the responsibility of CharlesKeith.com. (as duties and taxes outside Singapore will be included in your final bill) and you will avoid having to pay any additional fee when your package arrives at its final destination. |

*For Express Delivery only: Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country "Import Charges". The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Charges.
With respect to each item for which Import Charges have been calculated, you authorize CharlesKeith.com to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Charges for such item.
"Import Charges Deposit" represents an estimate of the Import Charges that will be levied on the items in your order for shipment to countries outside of Singapore. By placing your order at CharlesKeith.com, you agree to allow CharlesKeith.com to collect the Import Charges Deposit for the applicable items in your order. The deposit will be used, on your behalf, to reimburse the Designated Carriers for the import fees that they have paid on your behalf to the appropriate authorities of the destination country.
You further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to CharlesKeith.com the amount of actual Import Charges levied on the item you have purchased from CharlesKeith.com ("Actual Import Charges"). In the event that the Import Charges Deposit collected exceeds or is lesser the Actual Import Charges, CharlesKeith.com will not refund the difference to you or require you to top up for the difference. |

| If the recipient refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return charges, inclusive of any return taxes and duties incurred. These charges will be billed through the buyer's method of payment. |

| For any return, the sender is responsible for all taxes, and/or duties imposed in the process of return to CharlesKeith.com. Should the returned item(s) be deemed not in its original condition, CharlesKeith.com reserves all rights to return the item to the sender at the sender's cost. |
