We want you to love what you have purchased from us. Should there be any dissatisfaction with your purchase, let us know and we will assist you accordingly. Before wearing your shoes outside, please take some time to try them on a carpeted surface.
 
 
Exchange and Return Policy
All requests for exchange and return must be raised within 18 days from the invoice date. Goods are to be returned in its original brand new condition via sender’s preferred delivery mode.
 
Return via Online Store At CharlesKeith.com
Items purchased online (International orders) can be returned by submitting return request via the online store, within 18 days from the invoice date. Thereafter you would need to return the items within 14 days from the date of approval. Please follow the steps below for return via online. CharlesKeith.com online store credit is the only form of refund available for any return or exchange request done via online. The online store credit can only be used at CharlesKeith.com and NOT in any of the Charles & Keith retail store or departmental store. The online store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used to offset purchase made online at CharlesKeith.com. It can take around 2 to 5 business days for the online store credit to be issued. Instructions on how to use your online store credit for purchase will be sent to you via email. You can then use the online store credit for your desired purchase.
 
Step by Step Guide for Return via Online Store At CharlesKeith.com
Step 1:
Log in to "My Account" at CharlesKeith.com and view your order history.

Step 2:
Select the order number and the item(s) that you would like to return. You will then be asked to indicate the reason for return. Your request for return is completed once you submit the request. A Return Request Number will be generated for your reference
 
Step 3:
CharlesKeith.com will review the request to return the item(s). This should take approximately 2 business days. To speed up the return process, please quote your Return Request Number, Order Number, together with images showing the front, back, top and the base of the item(s) and email to customers@charleskeith.com. Once your return eligibility is confirmed, a return confirmation number via email will be sent to you with instructions to return the item(s). Should the returned item(s) be deemd not in its original condition, CharlesKeith.com reserves all rights to return the item(s) at the sender's cost. Once we have received your item(s) in its original condition, we will issue the online store credit to your CharlesKeith.com account.

Please note that item(s) purchased via CharlesKeith.com can only be returned online. Item(s) purchased from CharlesKeith.com is not eligible for returns at any retail or departmental stores.
 
CharlesKeith.com does not provide any exchange services online. Any returns for exchange purposes will be refunded via online store credit for new purchases.
 
All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.
 
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the shipper when returning any item(s). All item(s) entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws which CharlesKeith.com is unable to determine.
 
All returned item(s) must be in its original brand new condition and original packaging; with the original tags and tickets. For any returned item(s) deemed not in its original condition, CharlesKeith.com reserves the rights to return the item(s) at the customer's cost. CharlesKeith.com's decision shall be final.
 
All promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All sale and discounted items are exchangeable for online store credit only. Should there be any dispute in the pricing during return or exchange, the current selling price will be binding.
 
Any form of price adjustment to previous order(s) is not applicable.
 
All goods are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any problem with the item(s), please submit your return request online within 18 days from the invoice date or contact us at customers@charleskeith.com for further assistance. We will investigate the case and contact you accordingly. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by Buyer, or wear and tear. It also does not cover for products use in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by CharlesKeith.com, or previously modified not authorised by CharlesKeith.com.Please DO NOT return any item(s) before receiving a Return Confirmation E-mail.
 
Return Status 
You are able to check the status of your return through “My Account”. Please log in to "My Account" at CharlesKeith.com and view your order history. Please select the order number that you choose to return and the available status will be updated beside the request item. 
 
Returned & Shipped -Your Return Request is being processed, approved or completed
Shipped -Your Return Request had been rejected by our Returns Department or you have cancelled your request.
