Account and Finance

The Finance team provides us with the best angles and advice on how we should conduct our businesses in the most profitable way. They help us deal with daily strategic financial decisions by providing sound advice.

Leasing – Retail and properties

Space is the foundation of building a dynamic workplace and to offer our customers with the best possible shopping experience, making it possible for our collections to be sold in more than 200 locations around the world. The leasing team is the pillar that builds the company in the most competitive commercial terms.

Business Development

Charles & Keith's global presence is a result of our competent and jet setting Business Development team. They identify new markets and segments to enter and devise strategies to strengthen our positioning and branding. As an ever growing and ever improving brand, Charles & Keith relies heavily on them to realize our full potential.

Visual Merchandising

The task of the visual merchandisers is to create and display the latest tantalizing collections in the store in accordance with the stringent standards established by Charles & Keith.

The visual merchandising team plans, organises and implements changes to product displays with our strong guidelines, in order to offer a unified image in all our stores. In turn, using their creative and fashion sentiments, strategically display products that allure shoppers.

Photography

As a fashion brand that relies heavily on aesthetic images, the Photography department is of supreme importance. Every image represents the brand personality and creates its most important role to showcase a fashion product. Charles & Keith has a team of photographers who help to present the best piece of work.

Marketing

The Marketing team works toward making the brand a well-recognized name and sparking the interest of customers. Similarly, communication is key when conducting business in any region or industry and our Corporate Communications team works relentlessly to ensure the proper flow of information both internally and externally. Together, they continue to build and communicate the brand to fashion consumers and Charles & Keith fans wherever the brand goes.

Inventory Management

The Inventory Management team focuses on the reception, storage and dispatch of goods, aiming to allow quick distribution and automatic stock replacement to all our stores. The department is responsible for planning deliveries, coding of goods for subsequent classification and stocking; preparation of daily sales replacements in stores; dispatch of goods until their reception in stores; packing, end of season returns, confirmation of transfers, classification and stocking of clothing and replacement stock to stores.

Fashion Product Design and Development

The birthplace of all our excellent and beautiful products, this department is responsible for all the pride and joy that our fans and customers receive when they own a piece of Charles & Keith. With creativity and innovation constantly at the top of their minds, their work brings about ideas, concepts and new materials; which they translate into reality.

Supply Chain Management

One of the company's most essential functions, the Supply Chain team work tirelessly to support the overall operations of the company. Embarking on SAP is a clear decision on managing stock and inventory flow. Harnessing technology and pure human ingenuity, we seek to further expand our logistics capabilities so as to ensure that our shelves are always stocked with the latest products.

Information Technology

Work at Charles & Keith would be so much tougher and slower without the presence of the Information Technology team. Ever-ready and tireless, they provide round-the-clock support by ensuring the smooth running and implementation of new and current systems.

Sales and Operations

The sales teams are always versatile and very dynamic. They are responsible for evaluating and planning the measures required in order to achieve and exceed the sales targets. Their roles are to gain loyalty of our customers by offering the best possible service at all times. They are also the brand's ambassadors who are responsible for maintaining the image of the store.

Human Resource

In this team, we harness the resources and potential of people to create an unstoppable force of innovation, excellence and service for all our fans and customers. We are also the change agent, in charge of the culture and environment that allows the expression and development of each individual through their work.

With our backend processes and administration, the team works hard to get everything smooth and running; ensuring that everyone can concentrate on what they are best at.

Organization and Learning Development

In face of rising work expectations, our OD & Training team strives to make sure that our people are well trained and ready for any new challenges that may arise. As the company adapts itself to the increasing competition, the OD & Training team works hard to facilitate the implementation of these changes.

Information Security and Risk Management

At Charles & Keith, we believe in safeguarding our customers' information. Data integrity is extremely vital in our online shop day-to-day operations. Providing screening and implementing measures to protect shoppers' interest is our priority.

This is an extensive work area which includes all the departments that provide administrative and daily operations support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
